If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, we will refund the consultation fee you paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are nonrefundable.
Once you attend the consultation, the fee is nonrefundable, even if the consultation lasts less than 30 minutes.
If you proceed with the related service through DT Empire Professional Services, the consultation amount actually paid and not refunded will be credited once toward that service's total fee. An unpaid or already refunded consultation fee is not a credit.
You do not need a consultation or pay a consultation fee to request a quote.
Appointments require our confirmation. Your consultation may be in person or by Zoom, as confirmed with you. Submitting a request or making a payment does not itself book or change an appointment.
